What's in it

Everything below is built and running on a real herd today.

At the crush

Pick your products first, then work through the animals as they come up the race. One submission records every animal against every product, and it all works with no signal — records queue and sync when you're back in range.

Withholding periods

Every treatment stores its withholding period and export slaughter interval the moment you record it, and counts down the days from there. Try to send an animal that's still inside a window and the app stops you before you've loaded the truck.

Know your herd

Look up a tag and see the lot: age, mob, breeding, every treatment it's ever had, and what's due next. Treatment programs carry due dates, so nothing gets missed.

Movements and NLIS

Record movements on and off the place with the counterparty PIC and NVD reference, and export the device list as an NLIS-format CSV to upload. If a movement hasn't been marked as recorded within 48 hours, you get a reminder.

Spray diary

Every spray goes down with the product, rate, area, weather and operator — and the grazing withholding gets flagged so stock stay out until the paddock is clear.

Feed and fodder

Log what you feed and where it came from, with the commodity vendor declaration kept against the record — the piece of paper that matters when someone asks what went into the mouths.

Biosecurity plan

LPA wants a biosecurity plan you've actually read. The builder walks you through putting one together for your place, then reminds you once a year to look at it again.

The audit pack

Stock register, treatments, sprays, feed, movements, rainfall — one clean PDF for whatever date range you're asked for. It's what an auditor actually wants to see, ready before they ask for it.

A sample audit pack will be downloadable here once it's ready.

Rain gauge

The one thing in here that isn't compliance. Tip the gauge, tap it in, and watch the month build — it's the reason people open the app every day, and the records are all sitting right next to it.

Works without signal

The yards have no signal, so nothing here needs it. Records queue on your phone and sync when you're back in range, and you always see an honest status — synced, pending, or offline. Never a fake tick.

Nothing gets deleted. Sold an animal? It's archived, not removed — because seven years from now an auditor might ask.
